Herbivores, rejoice as the New Jersey Vegan Food Festival returns to the Meadowlands Expo Center, and it will be bigger and better than ever.
While you’ll find amazing plant-based cuisine all over Hudson County throughout the entire year, each fall, herbivores and veggie enthusiasts flock to Secaucus for one of the biggest plant-based food festivals in the entire country. The annual New Jersey Vegan Food Festival, returns the weekend of November 11-12, 2023, and it is so massive that it needs to be held in the enormous Meadowlands Expo Center.
Munch on meat-free meals crafted by local chefs and sample the best in all things vegan from across the country. You’ll find everything from vegan jerky and empanadas to tacos, sushi, and soul food. Have a sweet tooth? Dive into vegan truffles, cheesecake, and cookies, then try to balance it out by washing it down with fresh green juice or electrolytes.
In addition to finding more food than you could ever possibly eat, expect live music, plant-based fashion, and vendors selling hot and new vegan products like nourishing teas, natural skincare, handmade candles, and healing crystals. There will also be animal rescue and animal rights organizations set up to talk about their work and how you can get involved. In other words, there will be plenty to see and do to help pass the time between meals.
Daily and weekend passes are available, and kids under the age of 13 can enter for free.
