Wattle is your local cafe, serving up Australian vibes. We opened up our original location in New York in 2017. Since then, Wattle has become an important part of the fabric of our local community. Think of Wattle as a home away from home, where you can come in, relax, work or simply watch the world go by. Our mission is to make healthy food accessible. Healthy food, now more than ever is important to you, no matter your age. We want to share with you the beauty in simple whole foods by giving you healthy options when you don’t have time to cook.
Wattle is about clean food. Where possible we source our food locally and make virtually all of it in house. Our mission is to showcase the amazing ingredients we have access to and let it nourish you. To do so we have paired up with a host of incredible suppliers who allow us to make nutritious, wholesome, food and coffee. And yes we do serve waffles but not just any waffles. We serve superfood waffles. Think Keto, Gluten Free, Vegan, and Matcha to name but a few different types of waffles we scratch make. These served alongside Organic Local Maple syrup make for a great healthy take on an American classic. Our Coffee Roaster, Abbotsford Road is an award winning US based Roaster which has roots in Australia. Together we have created flavours for you to ensure you have a wonderful experience in each cup of coffee.
