Pasta Dal Cuore is a fresh pasta shop and Italian restaurant located in Jersey City, NJ. For us, la cucina Italiana is not just a category of world cuisine, but both a method and philosophy, and ultimately an expression of love and passion. Our menu is inspired by a variety of classic regional dishes; from the cuisine found in the valleys of the Italian Dolomites to the Ligurian coast, and down to the Puglian peninsula where the ancient trulli villages dot the sea-straddled landscape. Respecting Italian culture, Pasta Dal Cuore creates authentic homemade pasta daily in our downtown Jersey City restaurant. Further, the method and philosophy behind creating homemade pasta has not been lost. Every piece of our homemade pasta is made with love, passion, and respect for la cucina Italiana.
