The uniqueness of Miso Ramen comes from its broth and noodles. The broth is produced using different materials according to the desired variety of noodles. The broth falls into one of two categories: thick and clear. No more than 12 hours elapses between the production and serving of our noodles, which allows our noodles, at the time of service, to still possess a slight wheat fragrance. These two components, when combined, creates the Miso Ramen specialty, a dish that’s both delicious and healthy.
