We are a west Indian American eatery serving modernized Caribbean cuisine ad well as local classics from the west Indian islands. Spear headed by 2019 Food Network’s Chopped Champion Chef Claude Lewis; a Jersey City native. The name comes from a combination of his parents’ villages where they grew up on the island of Antigua and Barbuda.
