Jersey City Ballet Theater has a growing repertory of affordable, accessible, classical, and family-friendly programs. Whether building partnerships with emerging choreographers, creating apprentice and youth company programs or bringing professional dancers to the stage, we are committed to our mission of being a cultural resource for Hudson County and beyond by providing accessible, affordable Ballet performances and training programs related to the ballet arts.
The theater provides performance opportunities for students of all levels, children, and adults. Our programming includes Peter and the Wolf the Ballet, Dances to the Music of Vince Guaraldi’s a Charlie Brown Christmas and our Live music series with The Jersey City Ballet Chamber Ensemble and Classical Jazz Ensemble. Your support helps bring those professionals and students to the stage, provides financial assistance to students who may otherwise not have an opportunity to pursue ballet and allows us to bring quality cultural programs to the community.
