Hoboken’s only nonprofit art group, hob’art co-operative gallery, aims to help artists promote their own art and offer the opportunity for the community to appreciate their creativity. The venue, hob’art gallery, allows it’s members to connect with the public through exhibitions, speaking about their art, demonstrating art mediums, and sharing the ability to create. These activities are continued in other community art-oriented venues. Our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to practice, improve, display, and appreciate all the arts is demonstrated by the inclusion of both professional and amateur artists in our membership.
