The Way of the Ramapough at Liberty State Park

Come celebrate the rich history and legacy of oppression of Northern New Jersey’s native inhabitants, the Ramapough Lenape on the South Lawn with a showing of the film The Way of the Ramapough.
The film will be accompanied by discussions with Vincent Mann, Chief of the Turtle Clan of the Ramapough Lenape Nation, Dr. Jack Tchen of the Rutgers University Clement A. Price Institute, and world-famous swimmer Lewis Pugh at the conclusion of his journey from the headwaters of the Hudson River to the Newark Bay.
Make sure to bring a blanket, chairs and a picnic for this outdoor event. More information online.
