The History of Chai

February 11 @ 4:00 pm

Please join the Hoboken Historical Museum for a History of Chai session by local food writer Manasi Khedlekar. Session will include a live demonstration of making chai. Each person will get a cup to drink, if they so choose. This event will take place on Sunday, February 11 at 4pm at the Hoboken Historical Museum, which is located at 1301 Hudson Street. Admission is $20. Foodies, history buffs, and cultural anthropologists will be delighted.

Manasi Khedlekar is an immigrant, self-taught chef passionate about regional Indian cuisine. She truly believes there’s nothing a cup of chai cannot cure and loves to share that zeal with her friends and family in Hoboken.
