$10Tai Chi is a Chinese form of exercise. It’s a series of movements practiced in a slow and focused manner, coordinated with breathing. Benefits may include decreased stress and anxiety, improved mood, improved flexibility, balance and also agility. Also, you may experience some of the benefits right away. Others, like balance and agility may increase over time.
