Art House JC Fridays!

The event will focus on inclusion and encourage participants to present work from artists with disibilites and/or work that celebrates disability in any of its many forms, including, but not limited to: impairments that are cognitive, developmental, intellectual, mental, physical, and sensory. We also encourage you to find easy and inexpensive ways to make your physical space accessible to all.

In experiencing the daily grind, artists seek refuge in their artistic work. A practice that can become necessary for coping and succeeding, sometimes dealing with the smallest tasks. For our Access show we have War Vet, Jim Fallon – works on Combat paper; students from the “Place Program”, from Dickinson H.S. and McNair Academy, and for the first time we welcome artists from the organization, Arts Unbound. Drinks provided by NJ Beer Co.
