Statue of Liberty Museum

Statue of Liberty Museum

The Statue of Liberty is a national icon, but the monument offers so much more than meets the eye. You can get to know this American treasure on a deeper level at the new, 26,000-square-foot Statue of Liberty Museum. This inspiring experience leads you through the statue’s history and architecture, with multimedia that shares Lady Liberty’s story, and a warehouse experience that puts you into the heart of the statue construction.

The historic torch is the true jewel of this museum experience. You can see Lady Liberty’s original torch firsthand, then get your own photo taken for the museum’s inspiration collage gallery. Access to the museum is free with the purchase of a Statue Cruises ferry ticket to Liberty and Ellis Islands.
