Owned and operated by longtime partners Zahid Iqbal and Fareed Khan, Shadman Restaurant has been providing Jersey City with authentic Pakistani-Indian cuisine since 1991. With a combined forty years of experience behind them, head chefs Fareed Khan and Ehsan Ul Haq have trained our professional kitchen staff in the preparation of traditional South Asian fare in a unique fast-casual setting.
