Rotisserie On Park (ROP) was a project we started in 2020 right before the Covid pandemic forced all businesses to close. The idea of bringing to Weehawken a comfort food restaurant stayed present in our minds and souls. When authorities gave permission to open, we did not think twice and we put all our efforts to create a place where you can enjoy good food with fresh ingredients and a great variety for all people. Our signature rotisserie chicken is the main character of this restaurant story, but we offer fried chicken, crispy and flavorful to indulge those who enjoy fried foods. But we never forget those who want to eat healthy, our Wraps, Salads and Smoothies are designed just for them.
