Liberty Science Center | Planetarium

Jersey City is home to one of the area’s most impressive and enriching museums: the 300,000-square-foot Liberty Science Center in Liberty State Park. Immersive hardly begins to describe all the experiences available; attractions include 110 species of live animals, a massive aquarium, live simulcast surgeries, hurricane and tornado-force wind simulators, a 3D theater, 12 museum exhibits, the western hemisphere’s largest planetarium, and much more.

The Liberty Science Center also hosts unique events, including LSC After Dark and night-at-the-museum Camp Ins.
