An integral part of the Jersey City Heights community since 1995! If you would like to become more involved with the garden, become a member. To become a garden member the cost is $15/year. Membership allows you to care for community areas (such as our food share, medicinal and pollinator plots), to have daily access to the garden and to get involved with activities such as composting & beekeeping.
All garden members must volunteer for 2 public weekend hours a month during the season between 10am and 2pm. Membership with a plot costs $35/year and is limited to the amount of plots that are available. You must first become a member of the garden before putting your name on the waiting list for a plot. If the waiting list is long, it may take several seasons to be offered a plot.
