Since 1986, NY Waterway ferries have carried more than 200 million passengers and provided safe, fast and convenient transportation. Across more than a dozen routes spanning the Hudson River, East River and New York Harbor, NY Waterway ferries link communities across New Jersey and to Downtown and Midtown Manhattan. With open-air decks and modern terminals, a NY Waterway commute offers stunning skyline views and comfort throughout the trip.

We operate the largest ferry and excursion fleet in New York Harbor, but we remain a family business with personal attention to service and amenities. You are treated like family from the moment you step into our terminals and onto one of our boats.
