LaGuardia Airport was established in 1929 and began operating as a public airport in 1939. It is named after former New York City mayor Fiorello La Guardia. The airport primarily accommodates airline service to domestic (and limited international) destinations. As of 2019, it was the third-busiest airport in the New York metropolitan area behind JFK and Newark airports

Fast Facts

-LaGuardia Airport offers three flight terminals, Terminal A, which serves Spirit and Frontier Airlines, Terminal B which serves American and JetBlue Airlines, and Terminal C which serves Delta and WestJet Airlines

-Short term and daily parking, guests can pre book their parking and save!

-Shuttle bus service can be accessed from these lots and delivered to all terminals

-Currently, passengers are able to pick up licensed New York City taxis on the frontage of Terminal A, B, and C in dedicated pick-up areas. Please follow terminal wayfinding signage or speak to an Airport Customer Experience Specialist to locate the taxi pick-up area at your terminal.

-Free unlimited WiFi by connecting to the Free LGA WIFI Network

-LaGuardia has two hotels conveniently located near the airport

-2 restaurants or grab and go food locations in Terminal A, available pre and post security check points

-21 restaurants or grab and go food locations in Terminal B, available pre and post security check points

-36 restaurants or grab and go food locations in Terminal C, available pre and post security check points

-Offers plenty of charging stations, lounges, nursing suites and service animal relief areas
