The building now known as the Bayonne Community Museum was donated to the city of Bayonne in 2002 by Fleet Bank.  The building was then added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. The building has been updated and redeveloped by the city of Bayonne, but it still maintains it quintessential Beaux-arts architecture, featuring beautiful bronze doors and stone columns.  The building is currently available for public and private events.
